Another good day!

Today was an awesome day overall. I got to awesome workouts in: full body cardio circuits and hot yoga! My body is definitely feeling it, but I’m going to push through because guess what’s tomorrow at 9am? Hot yoga again. For today’s nutritional side these were my meals:

Meal 1: two egg spinach, mushroom, feta omelet with a little organic salsa, little yogurt with blueberries

Meal 2: roasted red pepper hummus with sliced green peppers, ants on a log:)) with celery, PB2 and raisins

Meal 3: post workout shake- About time mocha mint (highly recommend this protein it is the best, 100cals per 25g of protein and only has four ingredients:) ) combined with a cup of unsweetened almond milk
-1/2 a sweet potato with cinnamon

Meal four: cottage cheese with a handful of blueberries

Meal five: another PWO shake bc of hot yoga. About time cinnamon swirl with 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
* This was part of my dinner
-1/2 cup cottage cheese
-zucchini soaked in balsamic vinegar
– handful of walnuts
– arugula and kale salad with cucumber and balsamic vinegar
